Meet our team! We are passionate about servicing our students while creating the best experience while at Durham College.
The Board of Directors (BOD) is DCSA’s strategic governing body. It is also responsible for guiding DCSA’s financial, human resources, legal and contractual affairs. The nine members of the BOD are comprised of the Chariperson who is the Cheif Elected Offcier, eight directors from DC faculties and one external director. All 9 members are elected in the Winter for 12-month terms: Spring through the following Winter.
DCSA’s Bylaws govern how the organization operates. The Board also establishes policies that set out the governing principles of the Corporation.
