Red Dress Day
May 7 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

In recognition of Red Dress Day, the Durham College Student Association (DCSA) invites the campus community to join us for a meaningful drop-in button-making session.
Red Dress Day, observed annually on May 5, is the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit Peoples (MMIWG2S). This day is dedicated to remembering and honouring those who have been taken as a result of the ongoing human rights crisis of gender-based and racialized violence in Canada.
Event Information:
Students are encouraged to stop by to create a custom button, show their support, and stand in solidarity while helping raise awareness within our campus community.
